Piano *slash* Aural Lessons :)

Hello!!!

In case you guys are wondering, I'm already here in Singapore...

Came here yesterday with Niko...

First we took a bus from BP to JB...

Then we took more buses from JB to Singapore...

And that was divided into about 3 different buses...

Everytime we went to check and stamp our passports...

We would end up in another bus...

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

We went out at the Kranji MRT station, where we took the MRT...

Oh, when we came out of the MRT, at the machine where we were to return our tickets and get our deposit back...

Two ladies (I think from China) asked us some things...

And it was really weird...

I mean, dahlah our Chinese don't really sound the same...

Then niko and I are not Singaporeans also...

Anyway, Niko and I reached the music studio safely...

Our (Me, my cousin Faith and another grade 8 girl, Melissa Sing) lesson was at the music studio yesterday...

It is where we are going to take our piano exams...

They actually allow people to have practices there before exams...

I know, I very sua-ku...

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Lesson was OK last night...

Kena teruk because of my scales and arpeggios...

wakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Today also same...

But we had aural lessons today as well...

The aural teacher, Sun Hong (or something like that) came as usual...

And we had our aural lessons...

Melissa seemed to be freaking out a little bit...

(Her exam is this coming Thursday)

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Oh, after aural...

We all went to the other room, where Ms Sim was...

Ms Sim asked me to stay back for an extra lesson...

To go over to the other room to practice first, while she taught her other student...

So I went back to the previous room...

Where Sun Hong was playing a piece...

He went out to make a phone call and asked me to practice, like Ms Sim told me to...

Instead, I looked at Sun Hong's piece...

FULAMAKATAK!!!

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

It is 10 pages long...

And really, really complicated!!! (For lowly amateurs like me lah =.=)

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

It had a really rhythm...

And it started out with 4 flats...

Then it changed to 4 sharps...

And then back to 4 flats...

Then to 4 sharps again...

Then back to 4 flats...

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

And it was just really, really complicated...

After a lot of pestering...

He finally played the piece for me to hear...

I just sat there, somewhat stoned =P

Every once in a while, I would remember to close my mouth...

And just a little while after that, my jaws would fall open again...

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

The worst thing was, after he finished the end part of his piece...

He looked at my face and said, "Actually. this is considered very lousy already. I still have a looooooong way to go. Ms Sim has to teach me a looot more."

My jaws dropped even more...

He has been learning the songs for months already...

And is already so good!!!

*sigh* I've said it before and I'll say it again...

Everything is different for lowly amateurs like me =.=

Anyway, mummy and daddy ust arrived!!!

I'm going down to greet them =]
