And the reunion dinner for my paternal family was in Muar today =) Some photos:
Yee sang!!! It's not CNY without it!

And we celebrated Sarm Kue's birthday too!

Birthday girl with Ah Chiah

Did you guys notice the hand there? The one that looking like it's holding the table up? Right at the bottom of the photo?
It IS holding the table up! Thai Kue's just too cute!

Ah Chiah, mummy and daddy

Koko and I... LOMPATTTTT!!!

Ah Chiah and I

l-r: Ah Chiah, me, Thai Kue. Thai Kue's on tiptoes! haha, so cute right?

And then Thai Kue told us that the clock there can make us terkejut because it's fast by about 10 minutes or so. Koko and I were sitting on the sofa against the wall where the clock is placed and so.....
What clock? and daddy took a photo xD

Koko and I

Okay, now this is the interesting one...

In the middle of dinner, koko suddenly asked me if I knew the lyrics to Lady GaGa's Bad Romance, and of course, I didn't and I told him so...

He then walked to the blackboard and told me to go with him...

He started drawing this three pictures and told me that he'd teach me and I was thinking, "erm... okayyyyyy, is this really my brother? Macam tak kenal je?!?!?!?"

But being the nice sister that I am, I stuck around to see what he was trying to do...

After drawing those three, he said that it was the lyrics to the song and by that time I was already thinking that I don't think medicine is a good course to study, seeing as my dear oldest bro's brain seemed to be already fried....... :P

But then koko surprised me with this...

He told me to translate it into BM and you get something like:
...
Rama-ramamaa [rama-rama]
Gaga(silent K) [gagak, as in burung gagak]
Ula-larrrr [Ular]
...

Right?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

That's so cool!!!

I'm gonna remember that part of the lyrics for a very long time!!!

Apparently a friend of his taught him that xD

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Anyway, I'll be off to JB tomorrow :)

Happy Chinese New Year y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any and paos for me? :D

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Actually I HAVE been in the CNY mood even before test 1 started!!!

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Anyway, more updates soon!!!

I'll try to remember to post some photos of some pineapple tarts I messed around with ;)

I did that yesterday instead of studying for Biology or History or any of the 4 subjects I had today!

Live Like We're Dying - Kris Allen

Hey guys!!!

This song has been stuck for a few days now, and Anlynn taught me part of the lyrics of the chorus of this song...

And so I was thinking that since this song is already stuck in my head...

I might as well make it even more stuck, if that is even possible...

wakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

So anyway, I YouTubed the song and found these few videos to make the same song even more stuck in head xD

Official Video

The big digital clock thingy at the back reminds me of "4 Minutes", haha!

Tyler Ward's Acoustic Cover

I actually thought it was Kris Allen himself singing it, but only found out after awhile that it wasn't =.=

A cover by Ithacappella

Although I think the main vocal was a bit too soft at times, I kinda like this version. But then again, I have a soft spot for acappella xD I think the reason I enjoyed this version so much is because I was kinda shocked to see so many people and yet they can all sing in harmony AND have so much fun doing it :)

Ok ok, now my own turn to hao lian!!!

No, I'm not gonna sing it =.=

I'm gonna type the part of lyrics that Anlynn taught me!

And I'm gonna do it out of memory!!!

So, here goes:
We've only got 86 400 seconds in a day to turn it all around or throw it all away, gotta tell'em that we love'em when we've got the chance to say...
Gotta LIVEEEEEEEE like we're dying!!!!!!!

See? Who says my memory is bad?

Okay, that's a bad question, I say my memory is bad xD

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Buh-bye, people!!!

Actually I've uploaded many, many more photos in Facebook, as it's a lot easier to upload photos there than it is here =.=

Oh, I almost forgot something very important!!!

Our school had the cross-country race today, and...

Drum-rolls please...

Joanna and I...

GOT LAST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Technically one of us got last and the other second last, but you get my point xD

We figured that since this is our last year and all, we should try to make it special...

And since she's not feeling well and therefore didn't feel like running, and we memang won't get first, the only other way to make this year's special...

We went for the last place!!!

YYYAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So proud xD

This was the first time I found the cross-country race so enjoyable, just like a stroll in a park!

I can't even remember any point where I felt tired!!!

And Joanna and I could even sing while walking!!!

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Confusing much?

Hello!!!

I survived the first five days of school!!!

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Actually, being Form 5 is worse than I expected =.=

I mean, excluding the F6 students, the F5 students are the seniors right? Right!
We should be able to boss other people around? Right! (I wish)
We shouldn't have to sit for two gerak-gempur papers in the first week of school right? Right!
We shouldn't be so bodoh as to wait for an already unlocked gate to be unlocked right? Right!
We should get the rehat spot my rehat buddies and I were eying right? Right!
We shouldn't have to sit on the stairs during rehat like we did last year right? RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it's true, our new rehat spot is a very popular one and everybody seems to like it very much too...

Too bad the F5 classes are placed further away from that very strategic rehat spot, and so we always lose it to some juniors :'(

Well, on the bright side, wait, there's no bright side in this matter... yet xD

wakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Anyway, enough of the rehat business until we manage to conquer that spot ;)

Oh, and my school suddenly had this very bright idea and just because of that sudden flash of brilliantness, there are now 6 houses for sports (they added an orange house and a purple house) and I am no longer in the yellow house in school...

Instead, I'm in....

Wajarali!!!!!! Or was it Rajawali?!?!?!? Oh, whatever it is, it's... erm... wait, I know this one... It's erm... what, blue in colour?!?!?!?!?!?

Oh, no!!! I just realised that I really don't know what colour is Wajarali!!! (I'll go for Wajarali instead of Rajawali, it's more fun :D)

Anyway, the house meetings were today...

It was ok, nothing spectacular, just normal stuff...

And the teacher told us that we were going to need a mascot and a motto!!!

I actually heard "motor" instead of "motto" and though that it was going to be really cool, but no such luck xD

Anyway, there were a lot of suggestions and one of the teachers seemed to really like one that went something like, "Rajawali, Queen of TIGS!!!!!!"

Personally, I don't think it's that accurate...... We're princesses xD

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Okay, jokes aside, there were some people who objected, so we were asked to hand in suggestions...

Of course, I went ahead and thought of something that rhymes and goes like this, get ready, it's really awesome...

Rajawali!!! Makan roti, minum kopi, CEPAT LARI!!! Wajarali, RAJAWALI!!!!!!! *then everyone cheers and claps and makes as much noise as possible*

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

The words are put in blue and red because I think it's either one of that colours xD

Anywayyyy, I actually did this only for fun, but it got passed around and before I knew it, Wan Yi went and passed it to the teacher, thinking that it was another friend's suggestion...

Imagine how fast my heart was beating!!!

Tugedup, tugedap, tugedup, tugedap, AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

The aaahhh wasn't from my heart :P

Oh, after trying to cover my face in many many ways, the teacher read mine out...

She read it out as if it was written in one sentence and without as much enthusiasm (and tone) as I intended it to have, "Rajawali, makan roti, minum kopi, cepat lari, wajarali, rajawali?" Yup, she ended with a question mark, and then she said, "haiya, ini terlalu panjang lah!" which is translated into "haiya, this is too long lah!"

By this time most of the F5 students there were already trying hard not to laugh too loudly (but not really succeeding)...

In the end though, our motto ended up being something like "aza aza fighting" or something that sounds like "ajar ajar fighting"...

Actually it doesn't sound too bad, it sounds as if we have all been trained to fight xD

wakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Do they have wrestling on sports days? No? They should have it, I'd join :D

I think I'm feeling hyped because it's Friday and, oh no! I forgot!!! I still have to go to school tomorrow!!!

*plick* there, my bubble burst :(

mwahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Buh-bye, people!!!

Back to the old grindstone :'(

Hey guys!!!

It's 11-something the night before school reopens in 2010...

And you know what I'm doing?

Obviously I'm blogging lah!

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Actually I'm being antisocial xD

I've been sitting in front of the computer and not talking to anybody at home...

After all, I won't get to do this once school reopens, thanks to homework and tuitions and stuff :(

Anyway, back to school, back to tuitions, back to the old grindstone...

On the positive side, at least I get to see my school friends again after such a long time...

But holiday also can ajak go out together hor...

Even better!

wakakakakakakakakakakakakaka...

Whatever it is, I hope everyone has a great day tomorrow!!!

At least tomorrow might not be so bad as it's the first day of school, which means the teachers probably won't be teaching anything :)

And rehat will be cool (anything that doesn't require me to do anything but eat is cool by me) :D

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Buh-bye, people!!!
