First Day, First Lecture in UCSI =]

Hey guys!!!

I had my first lecture in UCSI today, my first official day as a student there! :) It was a Moral Studies lecture (of all subjects =.=) and it was from 2-5 pm.

Only two other girls (Karen and Chia Yee) and myself stayed in our new "home" last night while the other three came in this morning itself =D

We walked from our unit to UCSI and I think that was my exercise for the day xD There were sooo many people there for the Moral Studies lecture and it did shock me a little (so jakun!!! xD) My stomach was growling halfway through the lecture (we had bread and my awesome Peter Pan peanut butter for breakfast and we skipped lunch), I was soooo hungry!!!

Anyway, the lecture kind of ended early, and my housemates and I ate at Old Town. It may not be the usual students' choie, but we were really hungry, and that was the second food place we saw (after Georgetown White Coffee =.=)!!! haha

Oh oh oh!!! And while waiting for the lecture to start, I was waiting outside the hall, in front of a room where there were around 5 students and a teacher, and two of the students were playing the flute!!! I was so jealous xD It looked like so much fun! One of my housemates, Hong Ling, and myself were contemplating whether or not to go crash their class, going into their classroom and saying "Oops, sorry, wrong classroom!" just so we could go see what the class is like! haha

There were so many music studios and stuff, making my fingers itch like crazy to touch a piano, even if it was just to play "Chopsticks" or something :( haha! I can just imagine myself sitting in one of the practice rooms, hearing the beautiful music all around me - Mozrt, Lizst, Beethoven - while I sit there at the grand piano, concentrating hard on playing... CHOPSTICKS!!!! Yay!!!!

Speaking about practice rooms, Ruby did ask about them because she wants to practice the piano for her piano exam later this year. Apparently the practice rooms are reserved for the music students in the afternoons, but she can practise there at night if she wants to. So nice, right? I'm planning to tag along when she does go and practise there! =)

Oh, and this is the first time since I got here that I'm using the internet! :) Celcom broadband is my friend now! (It wasn't really my friend just now when it wasn't really working xD) Ooh! And my housemates and I had frozen kiwi fruits just now, thanks to the super low temperature fridge! It tasted good, though xD

Ruby found a 90 cents roti canai place in this condo compound itself. SUPPER!!!! She's going to be my new supper buddy =D

mwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...

Buh-bye, people!!!
P.S.: My desk is out to get me! I've scraped my knee on it a million and one times! Ouch :(
